Calvary Church today exists
mainly for the people outside its walls.
Numbers attending the church are still growing steadily with
some 350-400 different people each week attending Sunday services
and the meetings geared to specific groups.
Sunday Services are normally
at 9:00am, 11:0am & 6:30pm. Although it is best to check
our 'Next Sunday' page as we do sometimes change the times for
some special occasions, such as Christmas, Easter and, would
you believe, the World Cup!? The 11:00am morning meeting is a
repeat of the 9:00am meeting. Next Sunday...
During the week, we operate
'Cell Church' where, most evenings, various groups meet in homes
around Wall Heath, Kingswinford, Gornal, Sedgely, Stourbridge,
Lye and Penn. These groups not only meet for worship, prayer,
and bible study; they also meet regularly for meals, parties
and generally enjoying life together.
Children are extremely well
catered for. From the very young to the youth of the area, Calvary
Church offers something of real value. Tailored events for children

Teenagers and youth have a
very lively and varied programme managed by our full-time and
part-time Youth Leadership Team. The Team is headed up by Rachael
Worthington who is also on the National Youth Council of Assemblies
of God UK.
Just for Women! There is also
an active women's group which meets under the banner of 'A
Time to Keep'. Their aim is to relax and share together, have time for themselves, enjoy a ‘theme for the evening’, share a Biblical thought and enjoy some light refreshments.
